It’s been a while since Ciałość Camp 2, and I still can’t believe everything that happened there! My intention for this retreat was to meet in authenticity, openness and sincerity with myself and the participants. I felt that by allowing the flow, I could find and give much more space, breath and freedom than by forcibly trying to control every fraction of a second.

And that was exactly what happened!

We flowed together, in our own rhythm, listening to our bodies and with awareness towards each other. In closeness to nature and openness to another human being. We created a warm and family-like atmosphere where everyone could express themselves freely. We moved, got tired (although some chose to go for jogging instead of a nap), ate, relaxed and most importantly, had a great time.

The atmosphere we created mostly led us on its own. Things happened naturally, pleasantly, and effortlessly. We did yoga, flew in partnering exercises, melted in body work, warmed up in the Russian banya, laughed at countless jokes, philosophized over tea and simply enjoyed the Abundance and Goodness of Life.

I am immensely grateful for the people who co-created this camp. For every Soul, for every meeting, for every exchange of words, for all the hardships and overcoming them and for every moment spent together. Thank you for the always warm and family-like hospitality at Learn&Rest Wipsowo 44! Coming to you, I feel like I’m coming home – it’s simply my place!

Thank you to the participants, for your trust and willingness to follow my suggestions. Thank you for accepting me with all my experience, my visions and ideas. Thank you for finding a place for Spirituality in all this Physicality. I am unable to describe all these wonderful events, experiences and impressions, so I’ll leave a few photos here that will be a souvenir of this exceptional shared time.

I already know that we’ll meet again next year. I already know that sharing the benefits of movement and conscious body work is something I want to do in my life.
