Let's meet in Bodyness!
Upcoming Events
5 PATHS – An Integrative System for Returning to Balance
A five-month lecture series combining the ancient wisdom of the East with modern approaches to psychology with elements of kinesiology, grounded in academic knowledge.
It is a journey through the five forces of nature – Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water – which, in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), symbolize five rhythms of human life, emotions, and biological processes.
We integrate bodywork with emotional work, cultivate awareness of the body–mind relationship, learn auto-therapy practices, and build health-supporting habits.
If you:
→ Are looking for a deeper understanding of your body and emotions, rather than quick fixes
→ Want to learn how psychosomatic mechanisms of stress, anxiety, or fatigue work
→ Are interested in natural medicine, TCM, working with energy and nature, and feel that emotions influence your health, immunity, and hormonal balance
→ Want to find more flow, balance, and trust in your intuition
→ Wish to consciously support regeneration and vital life forces
→ Work professionally with others and want to expand your toolkit with practices such as bodywork, emotional work, psychosomatics, energy work, and intuitive movement
— then this program is for you!
The first edition starts in February 2026!

The Falling Body – Movement Lab
When? Tuesdays, 8:30–10:00 PM, 7.04.26 – 23.06.26
Where? CodaMovement, ul. Kijowska 11, Warsaw Cost: FULL SET (12 classes) – 360 PLN (30 PLN per class), or single entry – 50 PLN
Registration: oddajciezar@gmail.com
We invite you to a space of exploring your body in relation to gravity. During the laboratory, we will delve into the principles of safely getting in contact with the floor, basic falls and spotting techniques, as well as jumps, lifts, and “emergency landing” techniques. We will explore in practice how having weight, a center of gravity, and axes of movement influences our motion. Throughout the classes, we will gradually build confidence in physical contact and become familiar with the use of dynamics in movement.
The classes are intended for anyone who wants to develop movement skills based on physical contact with a partner. The work is centered around the ODDAJ CIĘŻAR method and assumes parallel development of the body in a technical aspect (through learning specific exercises and movement patterns) as well as exploratory development, where participants learn to follow their curiosity and expand their own movement potential.
We recommend registering for the full set in order to fully benefit from the process.
Friendship Festival – Partnering, or Physical Dialogue in Movement
At the Festival (16–20.07.26), I will be sharing a workshop titled “Partnering – Physical Dialogue in Movement,” where we will explore the art of Partnering – a field related to contact improvisation, based on movement/dance in physical contact with others.
During the workshop, I will show how, by using our center of gravity, balance, and touch, we can create “communicative tension” between the people involved, allowing attentive, shared movement to emerge. After a somatic warm-up and grounding in ourselves, we will gradually move toward becoming comfortable with contact – first building a connection with ourselves, so that we can then mindfully enter interaction with others. We will look at what it means to “lead” and to “follow,” who truly has more agency here, and—if openness emerges in the group—how to use these aspects for effortless lifts and more complex partnering techniques.
I invite you to step deeper into interpersonal dialogue and discover what awaits you there.
The workshop is adapted for participants of all levels, including those with no prior experience in Partnering.
Will you share your weight?
